Bonus Radio Schedule Eligibility:

The $1,500 bonus radio schedule (also referred to as “added value,” “bonus schedule,” or “promotional schedule”) offered in connection with the Cumulus Media Digital Marketing Master Class is a promotional incentive provided solely at the discretion of Cumulus Media. This incentive has no cash value, is non‑transferable, and may not be substituted, assigned, or redeemed for monetary compensation.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the bonus radio schedule, each registrant must:

1. Attend and complete the seminar in its entirety, from start to conclusion, as determined and recorded by Cumulus Media staff; and

2. Submit all required documentation and paperwork provided at or after the event, in full and accurate form, within any deadlines communicated by Cumulus Media.

Failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the incentive, with no exceptions.

Included Services:

The bonus schedule includes complimentary production of one (1) :30 commercial created by the Cumulus Concierge Team. All production is subject to standard station policies, timelines, and approval requirements.

Redemption Window:

Qualified participants may utilize the $1,500 bonus radio schedule between May 5, 2026 and September 30, 2026. All bonus schedules must run within this promotional window. No extensions or substitutions will be granted.

Content Restrictions:

The bonus schedule may not be used for political advertising or political promotions of any kind, including but not limited to issue advocacy, candidate messaging, or election‑related content. Cumulus Media reserves full discretion to determine what constitutes prohibited political content.

Additional Conditions:

Cumulus Media reserves the right to verify attendance, validate eligibility, and approve or deny any bonus schedule request in its sole discretion. All bonus airtime is subject to inventory availability, programming restrictions, and customary station policies. Cumulus Media may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cumulus Media, its affiliates, employees, agents, vendors, and event partners shall bear no responsibility and shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions, illness, adverse health effects, injury, or damages of any kind arising from or related to the consumption of any food or beverage provided at the event.

By participating in the seminar and accepting any food or beverage offered, attendees expressly release, discharge, and hold harmless Cumulus Media from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from such consumption.
